Semi-Auto Keg Washer/Filler

This machine is equipped with two heads and three tanks.
The first head is for cleaning and the second head is for filling. The three tanks are for caustic, acid and recovered water, which ensures we follow best practices in kegging and adds an extra level of efficiency, while minimizing waste water.

Built with capacity for washing and filling 20L to 50L kegs. The working cycle is fully automatic (except the loading and unloading of kegs) and is built as a long lasting and easy to use machine.

Layout Components

Washing / Filling Process is as follows:

First Head

Rest discharge with sterile air
Prewash with water
Empty with sterile air
Wash with detergent solution
Wash solution recovery
Washing with water
Emptying with sterile inert gas

Second Head

Sanitizing with steam
Pause
Emptying with inert gas
Pressurizing with inert gas
Filling
Rest recovery & washing of keg filling head
